The Answer is Cheese and possibly Cider

The cognitive benefits of eating cheese and drinking red wine. There are ways that tannic cider has equalled and even surpassed red wine when it came to levels of anti oxidants so it would be beneficial if some research could be done to link the benefits of eating cheese and drinking cider. (and this cited paper was focused on white/middle class by the nature of the research done).
