A bottle conditioned cider made in Herefordshire from 95% Yarlington Mill cider apples and 5% bittersharps (Frederick and Foxwhelp). Classic soft clove and spicy tannins on the nose coupled with energetic carbonic action makes this a full on drinking experience briming with ripe apple with hints of wood, vanilla and clove. Season 2022.
100% juice, no preservatives, filtration or pasteurisation. Season 2022. 5.9%. MUST BE CHILLED WELL BEFORE OPENING.
