Description

Not the bottle pictured but the new 2022 Vintage which has been fermented and matured then aged for a short while in old american oak barrels. Burnished fruit and subtle oak and spirit influence. Still and dry with sympathetic acidity that marries with ripe apple with hints of cherry and stone fruit. Only screw top bottles remain.
