For those who wish to order direct from the farm, this web shop allows you to choose from mixed cases of 12 x 750ml bottles or 36 x 330ml cans, 20 litre BiB of Draught Cider or Perry, single 1500ml Cider Magnum or Case Selections of 6x750ml chosen by Tom Oliver.

Description

Not the bottle pictured but the new 2021 Vintage which has been fermented and matured then aged for a short while in old Irish whiskey barrels. Deep burnished fruit and really subtle oak and spirit influence. Still and dry with sympathetic acidity that marries with ripe apple with hints of cherry and stone fruit.
