A single varietal Kingston Black. Fermented and matured in second fill Irish whisky barrels. This gives an acid forward iteration of some young Kingston Black bittersharp trees. A medium sweet sparkling apple cider at 5.2%. The is a spritely Kongston Black that is both refreshing and very food friendly with lunchtime pork pie and cheddar cheese.
